Amazing. Adorable. HUGE!!!

I seriously LOVE this new blog.  There are lots of reasons, but the biggie is that all of the pictures are so huge… they just pop off the page to me!  So so so fun.  I love getting to show you all how awesome these kids are, full-size, full-color, full-cuteness! : )  I’m sure I’ll be back to posting some black-and-white images soon, but I just can’t bear to do it yet… the color ones just look so cool!

As a general new year’s rule (when possible!), I’m going to try to limit the number of sessions per post to 2… that means that there will be more posts, but sometimes they won’t be the day immediately following your session.  I just want everyone to have their moment in the sun, and spreading them out a bit seems like the best way to do that.

I had the neatest opportunity on Friday… a family had gathered together for the holidays from as far as New Zealand, and I got to capture them!  Take a look at this wonderful, fun-loving bunch:

We took lots of great family pictures, but this one turned out to be my personal favorite! : )

Yesterday morning began my first official day back after the new year… and it started with such a cutie!  He was the best little boy… six months old and happy as a clam.  Check this handsome boy out:
