The Robin Count | Downers Grove Newborn Photographer

Those of you who’ve read this blog for awhile know that every spring I have a fun little tradition… I count robins!  Since I was a little girl, probably about as old as my oldest is now, I committed to counting the first 100 robins every spring, and I’ve been doing it every year since!  It’s the happiest little spring tradition.  You’ll be noticing a little “Robin Count” sign at the top of each entry until I reach 100 this year, at which point I’ll be doing a little giveaway to one of my sweet blog subscribers…

Yes… it’s the “Amy Butler’s Sew-It Kit”!  You all probably think I’m crazy, but I’ve been trying my hand at a few sewing projects lately and it’s 100% addicting!  So I’ve got an extra copy of this little sewing kit to give away.  YAY!

Speaking of little birds : ), I can’t help but transition into this next shot:

*sweet sigh*

I’ve had such a fantastic load of newborns within the past few weeks, and I thought it might be fun to do a post dedicated only to them.  After all, spring is well on its way, and what does that make us think of?  BABIES!!!!!  Without further adeu, allow me to show you some of the sweetest, most beautiful, most amazing, and softer-than-anything babies to come into our world lately…

And if those didn’t get you smiling, well…

Amazingly sweet, these babies!  True gifts from above. : )

Anything thoughts to help pull me out of winter are gladly welcomed!
