Today I count my blessings.

Today I remember just how sweet it’s been up to now.

And how comforting it is to have a family so loving.

Today I love my children wholeheartedly.

I grow each day.

Today I turn to God with all my heart.

I think of the lessons I’ve learned.

Of the lessons I have yet to stumble into.

Of the joys I’ve had.

Of the deepness I have yet to taste.

Today is a day of peace.

Today is a day of commitment.

Today is a day that my heart pushes forward into the great chasm of

What Lies Ahead.

Today I am thirty. : )

Yes, it’s true… my big three-oh!!!  And I’ve got to tell you, I couldn’t be happier about it if I wanted to be.

Enough with the crazy twenties, I’m movin’ on up!
