Somewhere in Chicago this weekend there will be a cute six-year old who experiences the thrill of her first garage sale, and she’ll ask her mom or dad: “Can I buy that camera on the table over there for a dollar and will I really be able to take pictures with it?” I hope her mom or dad says “yes,” and I hope the camera she buys will become her introduction into the wonderful world of photography and all the excitement and satisfaction it brings. Whether she makes photography her profession or not — only time will tell. But you, Amy, have provided an example for every six-year old with a dream and the gumption to give it her best effort. You’re an inspiration to us all. Love you,

I give you a lot of credit Amy for wanting to take a step back from the job you love to be able to spend more time with your little ones. Like I said last week, it just goes by soooo fast. Enjoy the rest of your summer. Can’t wait to see our pics from our sweet and talented photographer. :)
