As much as we try to schedule our newborn sessions so that they’ll be spaced out evenly by their due dates, the sweet peanuts often have a way coming in waves. Some of these babies came late, some came early, but each of them decided to enter this world at just the right time to bless my week with an abundance of fresh newbie wonder. And… not only did we have a bit of a rush this week… they were ALL GIRLS!!! Now… how cute is that? Girls do often go places in groups, right?!? They must have called each other. : )
So here is our first beauty… Miss Princess and the Pea:
She was a total peanut… just shy of 6 pounds!
Not many babies fit into this hat, (I was being ridiculously stingy with my yarn on the day I made it…) but she snuggled right into the pink little hat with nary a stretch…
When I first became a mommy, I remember thinking that the smaller a baby was, the cuter they must be. My oh MY was I EVER wrong!!! There’s quite a bit of adorableness in full baby bunny tummies and extra rolls, as demonstrated perfectly by our gorgeous darling below:

And this gorgeous diva? She had me to her house to capture her in the amazing nursery. She was so so SO good for me… slept nearly the entire time and smiled over and over. I think she knew she was having her pictures taken. : )
Her room literally inspired me to go home and finish painting our baby’s room (who, I’ll sheepishly admit, is 14.5 months old). Not that her room wasn’t painted before… it just wasn’t quite finished. I have paint on my hands as I type this because I just finished the job today. YAY for beautiful inspiration!!! YAY for sleeping babies on beautiful green rocking chairs!!

And, of course, sleeping on a clean, crisp set of white towels with a smashing flower atop her head as her big brother stood by calmly watching the entire event. She was a DOLL!!!

I would want to be this one!!! He’s got an absolutely adorable, loving family and a healthy dose of cuteness.
He made my day happy… sweet puppy… : )

When Hobby Lobby stocks 14 aisles of Christmas decorations, I know it’s time to get my groove on and show you this year’s holiday card collection. I’ve got to preface the big unveiling by telling you that, without a doubt, these are the absolute most beautiful cards that we’ve ever offered here at Amy Tripple Photography. They’re really stunning, and we’ve got a beautifully wide variety for you guys to choose from this year.
Each year, I hear from client after client that their holiday card is the one that has all of their family and friends talking, displaying, and even calling tell them how beautiful they are. Hee hee. : ) I hear the same from the people on our holiday card list, too… there’s just something extra special about the color, texture, weight, and feel of these babies. And, of course, you have your digital images, so you’re more than welcome to print your holiday cards where-ever and however you’d like, but it’s only fair for me to say that everything else I’ve ever seen pales in comparison to these. Seriously. : )

Here are the details for this year’s holiday cards:
- $40 per set of 25 ($1.60 per card)
- 5×7, printed in full-color front and back
- Text can be changed to match your family’s specific message and name(s)
- The colors and/or orientation (horizontal or vertical) cannot be changed… sorry!
- Cards can be printed in one of four finishes: standard semi-gloss, linen, watercolor, or pearl ($5 extra per set, worth every penny)
- To order cards, click the “clients” link at the top of the blog or on our website to visit our shopping cart. In the cart, you’ll see an icon at the bottom of the page called “Holiday Cards – 2010″. Click on that icon and choose the design you’d like to order. From there, you can choose the type of paper (standard semi-gloss, linen, watercolor, or pearl), envelope color (white or parchment), what images you’d like included, and what you’d like written on the card. We’ll have a full-color, customized proof e-mailed back to you within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we have a final “ok” on from you on your proof, we’ll order your cards and have them shipped to you within 7 days (we love Allie!)

Ok, I know you’re ALL waiting and I’ve got tons and tons of sneak peeks from the past few weeks for everyone! It was a super-busy week for three big reasons…
1. We had a *very* full round of Sweet Shots seminars this weekend!!! They were a total blast and I was beyond impressed with the eagerness of those who attended. Holy cow you guys were fantastic!!! Are you having fun with your new lenses yet? (you’ve all ordered them, right?!?) ; )
2. and 3… Can’t quite tell you, but they’re biggies. : ) Like we need more big changes around here, ha ha ha! But these are super-great changes, so keep your eyes peeled!
Anyway, I know you those of you who’ve had sessions are refreshing your web browsers like crazy, so I didn’t want to keep you waiting a second longer. I’m not writing much, just sharing some pics, which will be the deal for the next few days as I post a few more rounds. If yours aren’t in here, don’t panic… they’re coming SOON!!!

It would be nearly impossible for me to communicate just how much fun these sessions were… this fall has been unbelievably wonderful with the cool weather and sweet babies, and there are so many more to come!!! : ) YAY!
