Yes, we’re making progress on our robin count. : ) YAY robins!!! Have you heard them singing?
I love finding beauty in things, which is probably one of the reasons that I love this “job” so much… I have this incredible opportunity to look inside children’s eyes and search for the beauty in them, then *click!*… I snatch it with my camera, to be kept forever. Cool, cool, cool.
Speaking of cool, have you ever had the opportunity to reconnect with old friends? That’s exactly what I got to do the other day… and now they have kids!!! (aren’t they beautiful?!?)
This darling girl came into the studio the other day as well. I loved her… she was sweet as candy, but fun to boot!
This is the second time I’ve photographed this little darling. I think I could photograph her about 1000 more times before I would ever get tired of it. She could have honestly stayed ALL DAY…
And THIS little gal… well, the last time I saw her she was the teeniest, sleepiest little peanut… only a few days old! I love seeing the change from newborn to one-year-old!!!
I’ve decided to start blogging my maternity shoots a bit more. They’re so beautiful, after all. I love seeing moms and dads with that amazing glow. So much promise…
(aren’t they CUTE?!?)
Now, if you don’t recognize this little face, then you just haven’t been paying attention these past few years. I think he’s one of my most frequent visitors!
And now his handsome little brother!!!
This peanut came in for a make-up sweetie session the other day. Her smile is just about as big as her face. It just tickles me!!!
This girl had such a fun shoot. She’s such a busy-bee… moving, moving, moving! But, like most children, did pause for a bit to look out the window. : )
More beautiful maternity portraits… I can’t WAIT for this baby to be born!!!
Um… can we say “gorgeous”?!?
And last but not least, this little dude brought in his mom and dad for some family pictures. He was adorable.
(did I mention that he was adorable?!?) : )
And finally, for those of you who actually made it to the bottom of this post!!!
I mentioned the other day that I’ve gotten myself into sewing a bit. Like I need one more thing to do. : ) But, ever inspired by the fabulous Maggie Massey, I decided to buy some patterns, fabric, and thread… and I gave it a whirl!!! I’ve been going a little crazy with it (and poor Jonathan will gladly tell you!), and came away from a little sewing spurt the other day with matching p.j. pants for my girls and I. OH MY GOSH we felt so cute!!! (don’t look too close, though!!!) : )
